A team of highly qualified and dedicated early childhood educators
develops all HighReach Learning products. Each member of the development
team holds at least a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and/or
related field. Several members of the team hold master’s degrees
as well. Equally important, all members of the product development
team have real world classroom experience working with young children.
It is our belief that this experience makes HighReach Learning products
truly "user-friendly." We currently invest approximately 2100 hours
annually in the planning and development of each curriculum program
and teaching resources.
We realize there is always room for improvement. Through the years,
we have found our customers to be one of our best resources for
new ideas. Every year we conduct a customer survey to help us improve
our products and services. The survey asks customers to detail the
aspects of our products they like and those that they would like
to see changed or modified. We also ask our customers to share any
concerns they may have about any of our products and services. Our
product development team then analyzes the survey results and recommendations
for changes. We believe this survey is crucial to helping us meet
the needs of our customers.
Part of improving the quality of HighReach Learning products also comes
from research and training. We research new and innovative educational trends
to keep our programs current. Rewriting and redesigning each curriculum
program every year allows us to incorporate new trends as well as the feedback
from our customers. At HighReach Learning, we believe that keeping our products
up-to-date and in line with our customers’ needs is crucial to our success
as a company. |
