First Time Curriculum Training

This intensive, hands-on training introduces staff to all of the elements of HighReach Learning curriculum and teaches them how to use the materials/philosophies to best meet the needs of their students. Emphasis is placed upon process-oriented activities, lesson planning, observation, and developmentally appropriate practice.

Curriculum Training (retraining, repeat purchase training)

This training is ideal for those HighReach curriculum users who may have had staff turnover, for teachers who may need a refresher course, or to focus on a particular curriculum area. For example, this customized training may focus on writing lesson plans, making observations, etc.

LAP-3 (available after July 21st)

This training offers basic instruction on the correct administration, scoring, and interpretation of results of the LAP-3 assessment tool. Learn consistent standards and procedures for administering the LAP-3 as well as how to correctly complete all information on a LAP-3 Scoring Booklet. You will also become familiar with the interpretation of the LAP-3 scores and their use in individualizing instruction and evaluation of program effectiveness. Optional training on the LAP-3 Computer Scoring Assistant is also available.

Consulting

One of our trainers come to your site and assess your classrooms using a variety of rating skills. A report will be created for each classroom with a listing of strengths and areas of improvement. This wonderful service that can help prepare you for accreditation visits and review as well as assure your teachers are using best practices.

All trainings are customized to fit the your specific needs.

Topic specific staff development workshops are also available upon request.

Professional Development (1 Day) – $1,000 Plus Travel Costs

Each Additional Day – $500

• Training fees includes up to 8 hours of training.
• Training is available on weekdays as well as Saturdays.
