E-LAP (Early Learning Accomplishment Profile)
The E-LAP (Early Learning Accomplishment Profile) is a criterion-referenced instrument and provides a systematic method for observing and assessing individual skill development of children ages birth to 36 months. The E-LAP contains a hierarchy of developmental skills arranged in chronological sequence in six domains of development.
- Fine motor
- Gross motor
- Cognition
- Language
- Self-help
- Social-emotional
The results of the E-LAP provide a picture of a child’s developmental progress so that individualized, developmentally appropriate activities can be planned, implemented, and monitored.
